Amazake made with non-glutinous rice from Niigata Prefecture
"Misakiya Jozo" was founded in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture in 1950. The brewery is located in Tochio-cho, Nagaoka City, and manufactures and sells miso and koji products in a land rich in nature, blessed with fertile soil and clear water from the famous Mt. Amazake is a long-established brewery that started manufacturing and selling amazake for the first time in Niigata in 1961, and has been loved by locals as a “familiar taste”.
Straight amazake is a non-alcoholic, sugar-free amazake made with non-glutinous rice from Niigata Prefecture. You can feel the sweetness from the koji grains. The aftertaste is smooth and refreshing to drink.
