Confirmation/change of application details

You can change the following items from My Page.
・Shipping address (You can change it only if you move)
・Credit card information *Please change it at least 7 days before the next payment date. Subsequent changes may be reflected from the next time.

[How to change your address]

From My Page, click "List of subscriptions" under your account details.

Click "Confirm details" for the relevant scheduled flight.
*Please check if the status is "Active".

Click "Edit" in the "Shipping Address" field and enter a new shipping address.

[How to change credit card]

From My Page, click "List of subscriptions" under your account details.

On the subscription list page, you can change the payment method by clicking the "Change" button under the shipping address.

About Skip

Skip is a function that postpones the next delivery until the next delivery date.
You can skip up to 3 times before the contract period expires.
*Skip will be "postponed" and there will be no change in the total number of deliveries.
*You can apply on My Page until 7 days before the next payment date.

<Procedure for use>

(1) Go to "Confirm details" of the target regular flight from "List of regular purchases" at the bottom of My Page.

2. From the "Skip" button above the order details, select the number of times you want to skip consecutively from 1 to 3 times in the pop-up, and press Skip.

③ Please check if the next payment date has been changed in the order details.

*Please apply at least 7 days before the next payment date.

  • You can "cancel skip" up to 7 days before the next payment date before applying for skip.

Payment error

[In the case of credit card payment failure on the second and subsequent regular flights]

If the payment with the registered card fails due to some problem such as the expiration date or suspension of use of the card, an e-mail will be sent informing you of the card information change.
After changing the card information, please contact us at the address below, including the orderer's name, to the effect that the regular sales card has been changed.
If you do not contact us, there may be a large gap in the regular delivery cycle.

[Please be aware of the expiration date of your credit card] If the expiration date of your credit card is shorter than the period of use of the regular service, you will need to update your card information. Please change it from My Page at least 7 business days before the next scheduled delivery date.

Cancellation and re-application for regular flights

[Regarding early cancellation]

The service usage fee is set on the assumption that you will continue to use this service during the contracted period. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we will not be able to cancel the service midway, change the product, or change the period course after applying for this service .

[Regarding re-application]

This service ends at the expiration of the contract period and is not automatically renewed.
If you wish to continue after the expiry date, please apply for the regular service again.

About the destination

Basically, we will deliver until the last time to the delivery address that you registered at the beginning. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed each time .

[Please pay attention to the delivery cycle when moving] If you move, please change it from My Page at least 7 business days before the next scheduled delivery date. If the change procedure is not followed and the item is shipped to the old address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning, resending, and forwarding.

About returned goods, defective products, expiration date

Please note that due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened products or for customer convenience.

[About defective products]

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that there is a defect in the product, damage during delivery, or incorrect delivery due to our store, please contact us within 7 days from the arrival of the product.

[About the expiration date]

Except for items with a specified expiration date, such as sale items, we deliver items with an expiration date of 2 months or more from the date of order. This is because we have determined that even if the expiration date is at least 2 months, you can enjoy it safely and deliciously .
From the perspective of eliminating food loss, please understand that we are unable to meet requests for products with a long expiration date.

  • Due to inventory management reasons, we are unable to respond to inquiries about specific expiration dates such as when the expiration date is in stock. Thank you for your understanding.

About gift wrapping

We apologize for the inconvenience, but regular mail products cannot be gift-wrapped.
For gifts, please order separately the various gift sets available at our store.

About notes

[When there is a product price / tax system revision]

If there is a revision in the product price or tax system during the service usage period, the price may be revised to the changed price. In that case, we will contact you in advance.

[Regarding product specification changes]

Product labels and designs are subject to change without notice during the service period.

[About specifying delivery date]

The first delivery will be shipped according to the delivery date specified at the time of ordering, but it cannot be specified after the second time.
From the second order onwards, payment will be made every month from the date of order, and the products will be shipped sequentially after payment is completed. If you specify the first delivery date on a later date, the second delivery may not be delivered as soon as the first delivery. Therefore, we recommend that you specify the delivery date at the time of the first order, such as "no specified" or skip the second order.
