Established in Edo, it is a sake brewery with a history of over 300 years during the Genroku era. Of course, sake is not an industrial product, and we closely examine the raw materials with rice farmers in Nagano Prefecture.
We are engaged in sake brewing, valuing the natural blessings of Saku brought about by the cold climate, the clear water (underground water of the Chikuma River in the Yatsugatake Mountains), and microorganisms (the saccharification of koji mold).
