Founded in 1566 in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture, Kojiya has been engaged in the manufacture and sale of "koji" and "koji mold" since the beginning, and still continues the traditional manufacturing method.
While inheriting the tradition, we are also actively developing new products in line with changes in the world.
The reprinted amazake sold in the Edo period and seasonings using koji have all been well received.
