A long-established koji shop that was founded 150 years ago. Inheriting the tradition from the first generation, the current owner is the 6th generation. We continue to make koji products with skilled craftsmanship in the land of Nasunogahara, which is rich in nature.
Only Koshihikari rice and koji from Otawara City are used, and it is non-alcoholic and sugar-free amazake brewed with underground water from Nasunogahara, so it can be enjoyed by children and adults alike.
