Immunity UP! Intestinal Tsumire Juice
"Tsumire soup" using fermented food miso and koji seasoning.
It is a recommended intestinal activity menu for immunity up.

Ingredients (for about 4 people)
- horse mackerel for sashimi
- 2 tails
- A ginger
- 1 teaspoon
- Miso
- 1.5 tsp
- A Shio Koji
- 1.5 tsp
- A potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp
- Burdock
- 1/2
- Carrot
- 1/2
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Three
- Japanese leek
- One
- water
- 900ml
- B Concentrated dashi (white dashi)
- 3 tablespoons
- C miso
- 1 tablespoon
- C Shio Koji
- 1 teaspoon
- C ginger
- 1/3 teaspoon

It's a bit of a hassle, but by adding grilled green onions, it's fragrant and sweet, and it tastes even better.
how to make

Cut the burdock diagonally, cut the carrots into half moons, thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms, and chop the green onions.

Beat horse mackerel and mix A.

Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, cover with a lid over low heat, and steam-fry the green onions until both sides are browned.

Add B to 900ml of water, and when it boils, add ① and simmer over low medium heat for about 10 minutes.
