Soy sauce koji poke bowl
 The classic Hawaiian-style poke bowl is made healthy and flavorful with soy sauce koji and green shiso!
 It's a dish where you can easily feel the umami of koji and fish because you just mix the ingredients.

Ingredients (2 servings)
- Tuna
- 160g
- avocado
- 1 piece
- soy sauce koji
- 2 tablespoons
- Chili Oil
- 1 teaspoon
- green perilla
- 4 sheets
- white sesame

 If the avocado is a little hard, you can mix it with the koji first and set aside to soften it.

- 
Cut the tuna and avocado into 1.5cm cubes. 
 Shred the green shiso and nori.
- 
 Put the soy sauce koji, chili oil, and white sesame seeds in a bowl and mix them. 
- 
Add the avocado and mix, then serve on top of the rice and top with nori and green perilla.
