Soy sauce koji poke bowl

The classic Hawaiian-style poke bowl is made healthy and flavorful with soy sauce koji and green shiso!
It's a dish where you can easily feel the umami of koji and fish because you just mix the ingredients.

2 tablespoons
Chili Oil
1 teaspoon
green perilla
4 sheets

If the avocado is a little hard, you can mix it with the koji first and set aside to soften it.

how to make

  • Cut the tuna and avocado into 1.5cm cubes.
    Shred the green shiso and nori.

  • Put the soy sauce koji, chili oil, and white sesame seeds in a bowl and mix them.

  • Add the avocado and mix, then serve on top of the rice and top with nori and green perilla.


Can I use other koji instead?
Yes, you can enjoy different tastes such as Japanese style with shio koji and Korean style with slightly spicy red koji, so please try it.
