We are exhibiting at the international food and beverage exhibition FOODEX JAPAN held from March 7th to 10th as "Rice koji and amazake specialty store MURO Kagurazaka".
*This event is not open to the general public as it is an exhibition for business negotiations with people involved in the food industry.
Our original amazake is the ultimate amazake, which was created through our relationships with about 100 breweries, comparing about 1,000 kinds of amazake from all over Japan.
Recently, it has been used as a welcome drink in luxury hotels and as a seasoning for restaurant dishes.
At the booth, we are exhibiting amazake, malted rice seasoning, rice malt, powder, etc.
I would like to convey the charm of koji and amazake, which work on our daily “mental and physical health”.
I hope you can spread the "circle of fermentation" and connect a lot of wonderful connections.
