January 22, 2020 TBS TV "N Star"

On January 22, 2020, our shop was introduced as a sweet sake specialty store on TBS TV "N Star".
There was a special feature of "Amazake" as a winter taste sweet.

In the entire feature, there were also explanations such as “Kouji & ko” and “AMAZAKE STAND”, which offer Instagrammable sweets and drinks using amazake, recipes using amazake, the history and effects of amazake.
A special feature of 15 minutes including VTR and studio with only amazake. It was the content that made me feel once again how amazake is getting attention!
Also, in the program, it was introduced that there are two types of amazake: rice koji amazake and sake lees amazake.

Made by fermenting rice (or rice porridge) with koji mold ・Non-alcoholic ・No sugar

[Sake lees amazake]
Sake lees from the sake manufacturing process dissolved in sugar ・Contains trace alcohol (genre is soft drink)
・A lot of sugar is used ・Since sake lees are not sweet, sugar is added

The Ren MURO Kagurazaka store is a specialty store of "rice koji amazake".
All products are non-alcoholic, sugar-free rice malt amazake that is gentle on the body!
